Warrington and Halton Hospitals have joined the Serious Illness Care Programme UK and are now setting up the foundations for programme implementation later this year.

We are really excited to be learning with Warrington and Halton about how this innovative approach can work best in an acute hospital setting here in the UK.

Professor Simon Constable, Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Medical Director is leading the Warrington team. Simon will be running the Chester marathon on 7th October  to raise funds for the Serious Illness Care Programme and Warrington and Halton Hospitals charity.
